"Correspondence" module
Module "Correspondence" is an integrated information management system for tracking the large amounts of correspondence
generated in an organization.
Companies in the past have generally used a combination of word processors and/or pre-printed pads to generate outgoing correspondence, perhaps maintaining a register in a spreadsheet for each type (for example a site instruction register) to keep track of what has been issued or sent. For incoming correspondence there is often no control or at best a manual or spreadsheet register.
"DocuMen" brings both the incoming and outgoing correspondence management process into a single system with outgoing correspondence
generated and sent from within "DocuMen" using customised templates to meet each client’s individual needs.
A single master document register (Correspondence Main Form) can be used to see all correspondence at a glance, regards of type or whether it is incoming or outgoing.
This is something our clients find particularly useful and is a feature not offered by our competition.
By linking related mail items, using attachments, and /or grouping correspondence by classes, types, themes, sender/receiver,
users can take control of their information, enabling fast search and retrieval, and powerful report generation.
Module "Correspondence" standardises the way your staff creates and manages correspondence on projects and ensures each project
is commenced and proceeds in an organized fashion from a correspondence perspective
